it's that time!

Emma inspired me tonight to finally start this [said] "blog". I figure it's a good idea to set it up before I'm confused in a foreign country. I plan on writing everyday (optimistic, I know) just so I can keep memories and simultaneously fill people in on my journey. Well, I guess that's it for now since I'm not leaving for another 2-ish weeks! I shall resume soon... but for now, Happy New Year!
